Big Blue Restoration did my restoration after a water leak in my utility closet. They did a thorough job of checking where the water was and surrounding areas. After much effort on their part, the water damage is gone and the surrounding area is clean. Zak was so diligent in following up all work promised and delivered. He returned all emails and phone calls promptly and made sure that the project was done to satisfaction and beyond. I would recommend this professional and knowledgeable company to anyone seeking renovation or restoration work. They are trustworthy and efficient.
Our home was flooded in June 2024 when we were gone for an about an hour. It was a nightmare experience to deal with damage. We googled and found a company to come and help with pumping water out and start damage control. We have no idea to know whom to call except to see ratings (but high ratings are not always represent the quality of service). Time pass by and found the need to get at least two quotes from reconstruction companies to complete reconstruction. Luckily we were recommended Big Blue as the approved vendor. They came to our rescue and help. They completed the unfinished work by the previous restoration guys. Their quote was competitive and the project manager Mr. Quint was very responsive to our project timing and execution. He helped us move back to home for thanksgiving, as promised. Even though it was about 6 months away from home, it is nothing like coming home and have all family members for Thanksgiving.
Very prompt when they give you a time. Friendly, courteous, respectful to your property. Clarifies before they start to work show you what they find and what needs to get done. I was very happy with Big Blue Restore and I would strongly recommend them to anyone with damage to their home.
What a fabulous group of guys! Tim was the first and last face we saw. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable, jumping right into action when my art studio A/C unit flooded the room. Jason and Charlie also came out more than once to work on the mess, finding more water trapped in insulation between the two floors. All these guys made my nightmare more manageable for me. Great job guys!!!

We purchased a new home and all was great. We left on a cruise and when we returned, the hardwoods were soaked and buckling. The fridge had been leaking for years and no one knew. We contacted our insurance company and they sent out Big Blue Restoration. Everything went off without a hitch with this company. We were put at ease and the job was completed to our complete satisfaction. The entire process was handled without us having to stress. The owner, Zack Davenport is a complete pleasure to work with. Honest and dependable!
I contacted Big Blue after a flood in my kitchen occurred. I had never filed an insurance claim before much less had damage repairs. From the minute I spoke with Mike I knew I was in good hands. I was not any easy client. With my work schedule, pending family obligations and a nervous dog my timeline was tight. Mike never even asked why, he simply made it happen and the result was pure perfection. Every single person he had working on my project was a master at their profession as well as being on time and courteous. The orchestration of the rebuild was seamless. The quality of work was fantastic right down to the smallest detail. They even finished ahead of schedule and kept within my budget. I was trying to prepare for what was to come and read about kitchen remodel nightmares. They obviously didn't call Mike! Thank you Mike for making life so easy.
Two weeks before Thanksgiving, 2019, we had a water line, in the kitchen, burst while we were away. The damage was extensive. We contacted our insurance company and were referred to Big Blue Restoration. Within 2 hours, someone was here and immediately set up fans and dehumidifiers to mitigate the water damage. After meeting with the insurance agent, it was determined that our kitchen cabinets and flooring had to be replaced. Big Blue handled all of the cabinet and flooring replacements and we decided to go ahead and upgrade and remodel our kitchen. During the kitchen renovation, we decided to remodel the exterior of the house by replacing siding, windows and doors. Big Blue was able to handle all aspects of the interior and exterior remodel. During the 3 month renovation, Zack and Mike would check in daily or would send a representative from Big Blue to check in if they were not available. All of Big Blue's trades people were professional and did quality work. We have been 100% please with our remodel and we will definitely use Big Blue in the future, should we decide to do more renovation.
